Update to version 3.2.2 #3

Dr. Davis has created a github page for publishing releases rather than using his university site. Switching to use the github release URL for the recipe.

I do have some suggestions for making it better though...

For recipe:

License is not an SPDX identifier (or a custom LicenseRef) nor an SPDX license expression.

Do you mind also changing the license from Apache 2.0 to Apache-2.0? I think that would fix the SPDX identifier issue the linter is complaining about (Identifiers are listed in the table here: https://spdx.org/licenses/)
