Due to the presence of some workarounds, the python bindings was depending on some outdated libgz-sensors7 and libgz-physics7, I removed the workarounds in https://github.com/conda-forge/gz-sim-feedstock/pull/54/commits/b8ac4a8b9895af3caba7bf3ea30776720884252f , let's see if that solves the problem.

I also add a backport of https://github.com/gazebosim/gz-sim/pull/2382, as thanks to https://github.com/conda-forge/gz-rendering-feedstock/pull/23 now gz sim -g should work fine.
