A final (I hope) set of fixes. I fixed a minor leak in Keychain integration and rewrote readme to cover new stuff. Also, if the settings file is missing or empty, it'll automatically get created and opened for editing.

Sorry, it seems that email notification doesn't work and I don't see this merge request. I will add it as soon as possible.
