"Gist: GitHub returned error 500: Server Error" when creating gists #61

Just installed this on Sublime Text Dev build 2220, and have updated the settings file with my github username & password as well as the token generated from the instructions from the wiki.

I keep getting the error "Gist: GitHub returned error 500: Server Error" in a dialog box whenever i try the following commands:

If i create a gist manually through the web interface I can access the gists fine through the "insert gist" and "open gist" commands.

Anyone know what the problem might be? The console in Sublime Text 2 doesn't give me any more information than the dialog box.

I think this was a problem with GitHub, and GitHub's API. I have never had an issue until today, and gh was down for hours, so it makes sense

Gist: github return error 404: not found This is my error when a create a gist.Is anyone can help me? I can open and insert a gist but create is always this error

schikulski & shuizhongyueming & philipmclifton if you still have this issue try to update to last version. What version of Sublime Text you are used?

That was a long time ago, I'm currently not having issues with GIST but for your information I was running SB3
