doc: Trust model personas #24

Trust Model Introduction PR (https://github.com/confidential-containers/documentation/pull/22) needs reviewed and merged first. This PR adds Persona considerations to the introduction. I am addressing and closing comments relating to personas from https://github.com/confidential-containers/documentation/pull/16 here. Further Personas related comments should be made on this PR instead

Hi @magowan - are you still working on this? Sorry I got distracted by holidays and CNCF sandbox process stuff. I will resolve the requested changes so we can get this merged.

OK back to it, addressed comments, welcome feedback , lets get this approved :-)

Renamed files to reflect naming schema and rebased . appreciate there are things discussed we can look to add but would like to consider those for future and get this merged. Then I will also get on with the host/guest view on a trust model.
