Update oes() aligning it with mes() #5

Update oes(), so that it has:

  1. lags and multiple seasonality;
  2. Explanatory variables in the same form as mes();
  3. Different loss functions.

An update from the March: (1) needs to be done, when mes() moves to smooth (2) is not a big deal, should be done after (1) (3) not needed
