A list of some issues/draft PRs/ADRs that may inspire some future work on tgrade. This is just a placeholder issue and should be used for discussion and then create real, actionable issues if there is agreement:

Subscription Payments - one account to another every eg. week/month
Circuit Breaker - an oldie but goodie. I'm sure Gautier would be happy to discuss this more (idea of accelerated government process for emergencies)

Funny, but I read the very same use case before for Stellar. It was mentioned in context of the community "turing" servers
