✨ Add Feature to Auto Load a Group on Browser Startup

👀 Purpose

• A request by a user stating I would love the ability to open a pinned tab when Chrome starts automatically. For example, I always need my timekeeping app tab pinned when I'm at work. 🤩
• To enable users to automatically load a saved group on startup so that they can save time in their busy days 🚀

✅ Definition of Done

• [x] Users can select a group to be loaded when their browsers starts up
