Montagereview datepicker #68

Adds the datepicker from filters to montagereview. Only reloads the page after a new date/time is chosen and the datepicker window is closed either by clicking off it or clicking closed. Onchange led to constant reloads while setting the date.

Hey, I can't enter -60 days in the startdatetime filter
