[zmaudit.pl] Global symbol "$event" requires explicit package name

Hi After update I have problem with zmaudit script, it seems variable event is used without declaration

Ubuntu 16.04.3 x86_64

I believe I have fixed this. Just an incomplete merge. I am currently building packages for 1.31.18.
