gitignore-parser does not fully follow official gitignore pattern format #6

I notice that when I try to ignore the whole plugins folder under config folder. According to official gitignore pattern format, the pattern plugins should match a plugins folder everywhere. However, gitignore-parser package does not follow this. This package seems not to be actively maintained.

Currently I use .obsidian/plugins to ignore the plugins folder. It works for now.

Hi chunjiw,

Thank you for taking the time to provide such valuable feedbacks and reports. Your input is valuable and I really appreciate it! I'm incredibly sorry for not responding to your messages. I've been really busy lately, and I also mistakenly thought the plugin wasn't being used much, which made me less motivated to continue.

Now I think this plugin has the potential to help more people, so I'm back at it. I'd love to hear any more feedback you have. Are you still actively using the plugin? Have you run into any other bugs? Are there any major features you think are missing, or anything you find frustrating to use?

You don't need to apologize :) Life can be overwhelming sometimes. We already appreciate your hard work for this plugin that is already in good shape! One of my regret is my inexperience of TypeScript. I hope I could contribute a lot more than reporting issues.

Yes I'm still using this plugin. I do have another issue about syncing, I will open a new one to talk about it. Other than that, everything is good on my end.
