- Deliverables:
    - List of metrics to evaluate the operation of the protocol.
    - [Instrument Eudico and monitor Eudico Garden](https://github.com/protocol/consensuslab/issues/89)
    - Prometheus with HC-specific metrics (cross-net messages, delay, structure of the hierarchy, etc.)
    - Flow of cross-net messages? Checkpoint commitment?
    - Performance evaluation?
