Connection timeout trying access an exposed port via host.containers.internal from the container itself #5395

Bug description

Creating a container that expose a port and trying to access the exposed port via host.containers.internal (from the container itself) generate a connection timeout. Accessing others ports exposes by others containers works.

Cannot reproduce. I followed the exact same commands as yours

@jeffmaury Did you launched the curl command from inside the web1 container? podman exec -it web1 bash curl http://host.containers.internal:8080

Same happens to me, the request "freeze":
