Add a "getLanguages" hook #6545

I didn't know what standard you take as reference but I'm lacking the Montenegrin language. Probably it's "sr-ME"?

I don't think there is an official ISO 639-1 code (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Montenegrin_language).

Seems like. But it's an official language so what do we do? :D Maybe we need to switch to an updated standard?

I think the main issue is that there's a getCountries hook but no getLanguages hook ;-)
