Content should not be published right away on saving. #207

Content including image,article and document should not be published right away on saving.It should be saved as DRAFT and only clicking on Publish will make it available on the website.

New column in the page table will be required to be add to have the STATUS. The column will be called 'STATUS'.

These should be available on previewing so that web devs are able to preview before publishing.
