Update PS model to support new aircraft types

Features

PS model now supports 9 additional aircraft types: B37M, B38M, B39M, BCS1, BCS3, B78X, A35K, A338, and A339

Fixes

Update coefficients for three existing aircraft types: A359, B788, B789
Update unit tests

Internals
