Do not update planned duration field in Redmine #3

Closed dyp closed 2 years ago

dyp commented 3 years ago

I load issues from Redmine to MS Project and change duration to 5 days. After I click Save button in Redmine pane in MS Project I expect that duration will be updated in Redmine. This does not happen.

I have this same issue. When I load the information into Project, change the information, and try to save it. Redmine is not updated.

Can you tell me the version of your redmine and MS Project? Did the spinning animation on button disapear after saving finished? It's a great help if you provide a screenshort and the related logs which is in {redmine_installtion_directory}/log/productions.log.

Maybe it's too late, I think I have fixed this problem. Some database is type sensitivity through active record while Mysql is not. Unfortunately I only tested with Mysql. Please use the newest code in https://github.com/conveniencable/microsoft_project_connector.

Li,

This is great news. I will reach out to the main person using the plugin. If they is still need it, I will attempt to update it and let you know if it fixes our environment.

Thanks,
