Add activities to the admin console #227

Convergence Version: 1.0.0-rc.9

Description Activities are the only major subsystem that is missing from the Admin Console. It would be ideal if Activities were rendered in the console.

This will require:

[x] Adding Activities to the Domain Side Navigation.
[x] Adding Activities to the Domain Card in the server dashboard.
[x] Adding a new screen to create activities.
[x] Adding a new screen to view and edit activities.
