The global delay (for now foodtech-only) should be set per day, not globally #4556

At the moment, the setting is global. It means that without entering complex guessing we apply it to all future days.

So if in the evening shift you set a 2-hours delay, you are also enforcing this delay on tomorrow's timeslots/customer choices for people that may want to preorder.

will be fixed by making delay bar have a "cool down" feature, so closing as unplanned
