This is going to move to the tectonic docs repo, right?

Putting on my "landed on this page from a google search" hat on:

no mention of tectonic at the top (needed for context below)
blind mention of Terraform...where did this come from? It generated what from where?
a nice organic mention of Tectonic would be to state that you can also download your kubeconfig from the Console
point towards a getting started guide/tutorial instead of a troubleshooting guide?
