Update user list for matrix #81

Updating this list of handles so the pings work on matrix. If I saw a matrix.org handle and a fedora.im one, I chose the fedora.im one. I couldn't find a few folks: (anthr76 jcajka nasirhm saqali) so I removed them.

Thanks @jasonbrooks - I think two things need to happen. This isn't your fault.

  1. we should update this script to grab the content from https://github.com/coreos/fedora-coreos-tracker/blob/main/meeting-people.txt - this is https://github.com/coreos/fcos-meeting-action/issues/77
  2. we should update the meeting people there and not here

Though this can merge as is IMO since it is an improvement.

@prestist - want to merge this as is or take on the bigger change mentioned above ?

I opened a PR over there too, and added here some names that were in the other location

Though this can merge as is IMO since it is an improvement.

Yeah, I dont see an issue with merging this now. I do agree @dustymabe we certainly can add that. I dont think it will be hard, and I can see about doing so soon.
