Version 3.2.1 is available in the App Store, but there is no GitHub release for this version yet. Please create a GitHub release listing all changes compared to https://github.com/corona-warn-app/cwa-app-ios/releases/tag/v3.2.0

There's already https://github.com/corona-warn-app/cwa-app-ios/releases/tag/v3.2.1-rc.2, but that's a pre release.

Could you please, for the sake of a continuous transparent release policy, also release version 3.2.1 and 3.2.2 to GitHub?
