Add make vmware or virtualBox ISO creator #36

I had use gibMacOS fetched MacOS, I need run MacOS in vmwaer or virtualbox, during the install, both need bootable ISO or CDR, need add new funtion to write bootable ISO or CDR file.

I created vmware macos (using unlocker) with a custom mac installer iso file and it works. I don't want to use this iso because it is not downloaded from apple.

Therefore I am trying to install from usb created by gibMacOS, but

the display doesn't work well
reading from real usb is slow

It would be nice if gibMacOS can provide a solution to create a working iso for vmware.
