Nesting swim lanes cause config wipes in workflow build

Current Behavior

When nesting a swimlane with configured workflows components, they lose their config after saving. Workflow nest_bug.zip Before After

Expected Behavior

This should saved the config attached.save

Steps To Reproduce

1 - Take steps already configured in a swimlane 2 - Add a second swimlane and save 3 - drag configured swimlane component into the blank swim lane and save Note once the content wipe the swimlane saves as expected, this only happens the first time to new swimlanes added.
