Requires:

[ ] a responses: object within every PathItem object, even if not explicitly added
[ ] within every Responses object, at least one HTTP Status Code block e.g. 200:
[ ] within every HSC, a description: ""
[x] replace x-any-method with get for now; no support for x- prefix
[x] output a schema: ... type: for each parameters item
