Add Coshop and Hauora Kai Karori logos to ban and footer
Make sure Footer is consistent across cart, product and checkout layouts
Link the Logo and Hauora Kai Copy to the Mixed vege bag cart page to simplify navigation!
Add GST incl and excl wording to the cart summaries as the tooltip is not easy to access for all users/doesn't activate on mobile
