Infinite power exploit with railcraft #97

Generally you can make a loop with mgc heater + boiler with railcraft turbine, because the steam is exchangeable with RC and steam to power ration is different for these 2 mods. I'd suggest to rename the steam to something like mgc steam to prevent such exploits

The power ratio should be the same, anyway this version is unsupported. We will make a release for 1.10.2 soon.

Railcraft is also updating to that version, but frankly please take a look at this problem then because I think it would remain

we are rewriting all the mod from scratch, so is impossible to keep that bug, in the new system there will be pressure for stream so everything will be different
