Debugging #1932

Adds some debugging stuff to hopefully fix the cyclic game thing for good (also includes a fix for some random issue with github auto tests) Needs a new webhook to dev chat called DISCORDPRIVATEDEVELOEPRS, in the full url form (not just the path)
