* Isolate cozy bar v7 webpack config

The isolation of the cozy-bar v7 webpack config is intended to facilitate the migration of apps to cozy-bar v8. By default, cozy-bar v7 will be used.

This PR is a part of the migration of cozy-bar v7 to v8 on cozy-drive.
