[LIBRARY] Can't modify from a project the referenced libraries of referenced library

Create Project, Create LibA, Create LibB Set references as : Project => LibA => LibB Set ReadWrite every where.

Manage references of Project, LibB appears as ReadOnly.

WORKAROUND: Add a reference RW from Project to LibB
