Add link selection background color config #204

After trying to setup a custom dark theme (Solarized Dark), I realized that having Link highlights in a different color would be beneficial, since during searches, the words found are highlighted, and may be found in Links. More color options for Links/URLs may be added in the future in a similar method.

ef4a9c759e2339b0383362103af750bcef5db7b8 is contained of backup files like nvpy/*.py.bak. I committed to master after removing those files.
