Allow testing C# DirectShow code directly inside the application

I'd like to have this feature in the program:

Use c# runtime compilation features to create a Linqpad like environment as a 
testbed for C# DirectShow code. And perhaps other managed languages.

Possibly a lot of work to implement but thought I'd put the idea out there. 
There may be easier ways to make a DirectShow testbed for C# users.

There are lots of C# users using DirectShow - cf the Directshow questions on 
StackOverflow, many of which are C# based.
