Decide on time & currency FTT:P

I propose we update the cost data to 2023, which means it's updated one year further than the shares data. Shouldn't be a problem really. The most logical currency unit would be 2023 USD: both BNEF and GNESTE are in that unit. Two questions before we decide that:

• Is PRSC correct? I still can't fanthom why it goes down in the US between 2013 and 2020. So if we move the currency to the current date, are we introducing a conversion error?
• How are we progressing with the idea to just have the entire model in the same currency?

Me and Jamie agreed that the currency should be USD2023.

Jamie explained that PRSC is different from inflation because of how gas is weighted. So it may be the fracking revolution that caused this to go down in those years. The entire model currency update is not yet going to happen, so we can ignore this.
