Paint the App Red #11

The current Android app uses grayscale throughout for the tabs at the top and other UI features: Current Android app To resolve this issue you would make the app match the red accents used in the iOS app for these things. I.e., get it to look more like: Next Gen Android app Another place where red could be added are in the time separators when looking at the file by date. i.e., make it look more like: Next Gen Android app

First part of the issue is not totally resolved yet. Horizontal lines need to be red as well.
