More convenient subsequent runs #70

This was attached to #63 as a comment, but since that bug got closed, it won't be remembered, so opening it as a new issue.

It'd [...] be cool to have serVis not complain about an already existing directory on subsequent runs, but only overwrite the data file and not the rest. That way, people could modify the HTML/CSS/JS to their hearts' contents.
