lda visualization was working fine in shiny dashboard with earlier version of R and Rstudio but was unable to deploy it on shinyapps.io due to below error...
"ERROR: Number of terms in vocabulary does
not match the number of columns of phi (where each row of phi is a
probability distribution of terms for a given topic)."
after which i updated the R and Rstudio version and now even lda visualization is not loading into shiny dashboard and gettitng below error..
"Warning in rngfunc(...) :
locked could not be fit on page. It will not be plotted."
