Zones in pitchRx #45

Hey,

I am trying to look at umpire tendencies in different situations and am having an issue with the zones of pitchRx. As far as I am aware, there should be 20 zones (each with a min/max px and pz). I have scraped for a few different dates and everything is coming back with zones 1-9, and zones 11-14, while zones 10 and 15-20 have zero pitches located within. The px and pz numbers are correct but the zone that they should be in is incorrect. Is there a solution to this problem?

@mducondi There are only 13 zones in the original PITCHf/x data (1-9; 11-14). Unless statcast has added more, that's all we have. See zones.
