We already have an account written by host organization. It needs some edits though, I will post here with highlights of parts to remove before rewriting for our own purpose.

we should have pictures for this one. Sylvia had some, but they are not great (they are in the box folder for the London annual meeting). Judith Buchanan may have some to. You will want to check with Sara who talked to her about this last week.

This one is way behind, we should now time it so that it goes out around the time we announce the program and open registration for Cape Town. I'm putting a Jan. 31 deadline, but it will probably happen earlier in January.
