Date updating #26

When a user generates a pull request -- and also when a maintainer changes a task view -- she/he forgets to update the date at the top of a Task View. But that date is important for differentiating between different versions of the Task Views. Would it be possible to update the date entry when the task view is transferred from the Github repository to the CRAN task view page?

I think it is better to have the date explicit in the version-controlled source file rather than in the CRAN version only. But maybe there are smarter ways to achieve this now that we are on GitHub?

Given that we had no better suggestions, yet, I'm closing this issue for now.
