Currently, all Ad plugins I tested (AdColony, UnityAds, Vungle, AdMob) dont
wait for "On Ad Completed" event. It gets triggered immediately when the Ad
starts playing.
Note that this behaviour was observed on iOS only using Cocoon Canvas+. Working fine on Android Canvas+ and Webview.
