Monospace text not scaling

Describe the bug

Monospace text does not scale with the rest of the document while using this theme.

For some reason, regardless of the font setting, the monospace font does not change size at all.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Have monospace text (using single or triple backticks).
2. Scale the document either using the "Font size" slider in Options->Appearance or by Ctrl+Scroll.

• OS: Fedora
• Obsidian Version: v1.0.3
• No community plugins
• All default appearance settings
