We need to go 1 commit ahead of the v4.2.10 tag for ruTorrent to fix the version display in the web browser. The tagged version still shows v4.2.9. This was a mistake when tagging the release. See here: https://github.com/Novik/ruTorrent/compare/v4.2.10...3f345d6406e3e6e229ca65e933dd270ecb9051a0
