[Bug] FOTOPEDIA no longer not exists, but is referenced on OER page #1226

Description

Dear Creative commons, in the section of OERs (OER - Creative Commons), there is mentioned " Fotopedia " . According to web search and Wikipedia the fotopedia platform has been closed. It is requested that please omit the information about fotopedia. Thank you.

Indeed, we blogged about it: Fotopedia closes, but CC-licensed photos live on - Creative Commons 😆

Fotopedia removed. Also took the opportunity to clean up some of the structural HTML on the page.
