add global hover reaction to all buttons

Description

This pull request adds a global hover effect to all the buttons which enhances user experience

Technical details

• I added CSS rule to styles.css file for hover effect
• I applied the following styles: background color, box shadow, and transition.
• I verified cross-browser compatibility.

• Navigate to the page
• Hover on any button and observe the hover effect

@adebisi4145 Thank you for this contribution! Any hover affects added to items would need to be added to each item and be relevant to their individual styling; this is especially important to maintain adequate Accessibility. I'm not sure this approach satisfies that.

Please feel free to resubmit a PR that is more contextual in its implementation and preserves adequate accessibility in its methodology.
