Not receiving historical data (and no chart) for instrument

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a chart using Day and use /.RUT as the instrument
2. Play the presentation

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect to see a chart showing /.RUT data.  No chart appears, just the error 
"Data not found for one or more instruments".

Please provide any additional information below.

I sent a URL browser request to both financial and historical server to compare 
the results.  I am getting data from financial server, but not what I expect 
from historical.  I tested this earlier in the day within the collection times 
(/.RUT exists on the Financial Data Server Instrument Configuration 
spreadsheet).
