Now that we can keep swf's in the Media Library, we need a link to the Media Library in the Flash Gadget. #791

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. We have verified that SWF's work when stored in the Media Library as per a 
bug for EmailCampaign, we now need a link to the Media Library in the Flash 
Gadget.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
You should see a link to the Media Library in the Flash Gadget since we can 
play SWF's from the Media Library now.

As per Byron's notes in my journal update of 21-11-12, this is marked as 
WontFix.
