Data collection for Day charts is incorrect #793

The historical data from the data server is not collecting at the proper 
intervals for Day charts. They should be getting collected every 5 minutes 
starting at 9:35 until 16:30. Instead, IXIC starts at 9:50 and DJI ends at 
16:05. I captured screen shots of them this morning before markets opened:

Also, the last real-time entry for IXIC was at 17:16. I don't know why that is 
since the end collection time is 16:30 -

As per Alex, marking this as WontFix since it has been corrected as far as it 
can be on the Reuters side.
