White flash can be seen when clicking on duration #800

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run marketwall Presentation
2. ON a chart, touch the screen to switch between the various durations
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Screen should not flash.  Instead, there can be a flash seen as the 
Presentation is redrawn

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.

I couldn't get this to happen so I need exact steps to reproduce.

Was fixed with another issue. Changing to invalid.

Saw this issue again this morning, and have determined how to recreate:

1. Due to a separate issue where charts may be blank, if you interact with any 
of the Chart options, specifically Day and Week, you will get the white flash. 
Sometimes the other options (Month, 3 Month, 1 Year, 5 Year) show the white 
flash, but Day and Week show it 100% of the time.

I'm not seeing this anymore. I've tried clicking on this Presentation a hundred 
times and it does not happen. Marking this as invalid.
