Help link for Nearby Gadget points to wrong URL #826

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add Nearby Gadget to a Presentation
2. Click on the Help link for the Gadget
3. Notice that the page comes up as Not Found

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect to be shown the appropriate page.  Instead, I am brought to the 
wrong URL for the actual help page.  Clicking on the link brings you to 
http://www.risevision.com/rise-vision-nearby/
The proper link is 
http://www.risevision.com/help/gadgets/gadget-help-files/rise-vision-nearby/

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
