If you interact with a non working Instrument, you can't interact with any other instrument in the list. #834

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. ON the Commodities page, Heating Oil, Lean Hogs, and Feeder Cattle are 
incorrect (hence why they show 0's).
2. Select one of these items to show in the chart, notice that the chart shows 
a loading animation for a long time, and then is blank. This is expected 
because the instrument is wrong.
3. However now you cannot select any other item on the page to show in the 
chart. You need to leave that page, click on an instrument on another page, and 
then return to this page and click on a working instrument.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Leaving this blank and Donna will use whichever option is easier from our email 
discussion.
